Edgar S. San Luis, fifty one years old this July and familiary called “Egay” by family members, close friends nand business associates as a “self-made” person.
The youngest of six children of the “Father of Laguna”… then Gov. Felicismo T. San Luis who layed the foundation of what is to become the country’s premiere province, Edgar S. San Luis, by tagging along in his father’s sorties as Governor, had an early hands-on exposure to the basicsof good governance, …public relations, empathy with and appreciation of the plight of the common people.
These exposure, under his father’s guidance, result in the formation of charter-traits necessary for his successes in life: self-reliance, independence, integrity, word-of-honor and godliness.

Independence in particular, was demonstrated early in his when, notwithstanding his family’s financial capability, Edgar S. San Luis decided to be independent …be his own man... thus finished college as a working student… performing odd jobs.
While still in college, he was hired by IBC-Channel 13, the most widely-watched channel then as Accountant Manager and because of his natural aptitude for selling as evidenced by his never-failing-delivery of set quotas, was promoted as Asst. Sale Director and Sales Director soon after.
This first job became his calling and the cornerstone of his phenomenal successes in business and government service:
Currently President and CEO og three of the country’s top distribution / promotions companies providing employment to thousands nationwide.
Performed critical services for the government under two President in:
Appointed Sales Operations Manager of PTV-4… the government-owned television station during the time of Pres. Cory Aquino
Served as a consultant members of the management team of the LLDA.
Personally appointment by President Joseph Estrada as President & CEO of RPN-9 there having financial and administrative problems.
Having accomplished much on his own in a few years… he now has the time and means to dedicate his talents to public service… specifically for the people of the province of Laguna…
A commitment he must and have irrevocably decide to pursue.

1973 : Manifested early in his life, independence and self-reliance. Notwithstanding family’s
Financial capability, ( Governor’s son ) self-financed his college education as a working

While still in college and because of good PR and initiative, was given the chance to work at IBC-13, the most-widely watch TV Network at that time as an Account Manager.
1976 : Graduated Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Accounting at the University of
